Description

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional support.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate with field technicians and other departments to coordinate seamless service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
