Description

  • Provide administrative support for assigned clients, including new account creation, site setup, and branch openings and closures.
  • Respond to client support requests by email and voicemail within 24 hours.
  • Update pricing, service durations, and new services based on instructions from account management and operations teams.
  • Manage client service parameters such as client notices, buffer zones, rounds generation, exclusion dates, and other SOW requirements.
  • Validate client data in internal systems, including generating work orders.
  • Verify the accuracy of monthly billing.
  • Prepare client documents related to additional services, price increases, and other account needs.
  • Maintain client documentation such as signed agreements, statements of work, procedure guides, and other business continuity records.
  • Track client deadlines, open work orders, service end dates, and audit scores to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
  • Support the branch manager, operations team, field staff, and service projects, and act as backup coverage for other support staff when needed.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Bilingualism is a strong asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Brand Standards systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience handling administrative data entry tasks and client account setup activities.
  • Ability to prioritize urgent support issues and meet a 24-hour response expectation.
  • Ability to produce and maintain standard and custom Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to support operational coordination, including logistics and field personnel.
  • Salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
