Description

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access, from basic troubleshooting through advanced escalations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple clients.
  • Perform Microsoft 365 and Windows administration, including user account management and access provisioning.
  • Support and troubleshoot VOIP systems such as 3CX.
  • Manage and maintain RMM and PSA tools such as Datto and Halo.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help improve team troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Lead or assist with IT projects such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, deployments, and process automation.
  • Identify and implement solutions that reduce recurring issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to plan, test, and deliver new IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an MSP environment is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to speak naturally and comfortably with clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through until issues are resolved.
  • Demonstrable experience with Windows client and server systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows system administration, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Scripting experience, particularly in PowerShell, for automation and operations support.
  • Experience with VOIP systems and a solid understanding of network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms used in MSP environments, such as Datto and Halo.
  • Solid experience with Office 365 and Azure, or comparable technologies with similar fundamentals.
  • Ability to figure things out independently, set expectations well, and solve difficult problems in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Required device setup: fully functioning desktop or laptop with a backup device, second monitor, Intel Core i5 or higher, 16 GB RAM or more, backup power option, noise-canceling headset, wired internet of 25 Mbps or more, and backup internet of 5 Mbps or more.
