Description

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Build and maintain automation solutions using Python.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency.
  • Create advanced Excel models, trackers, dashboards, formulas, and reporting systems.
  • Automate data cleaning, transformation, and reporting workflows.
  • Consolidate and manage datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for business performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.
  • Document workflows, automation logic, and SOPs.
  • Continuously improve internal systems and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Strong Python programming skills for scripting and automation.
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, and data validation.
  • Automation/macros/VBA experience is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with SQL and database querying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools is nice to have.
  • API integration experience is nice to have.
  • Experience building internal operational tools is nice to have.
  • Experience in MSP, IT services, or operations-heavy environments is nice to have.
