Description

  • Own the content roadmap, content pillars, and editorial calendar.
  • Write long-form SEO content including pillar pages, guides, blog series, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Produce ad copy for performance campaigns and copy for landing pages and website content.
  • Run half-yearly research reports end-to-end, including data gathering, synthesis, angle development, final asset creation, and derivative content.
  • Build and continuously improve AI-powered content workflows to increase output without sacrificing quality.
  • Shape the narrative and editorial plan for complex, high-stakes topics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth PM, designer, and social media lead.
  • Create spin-off assets from research reports, including lead magnets, blog posts, and outbound proof points.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles in B2B.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both long-form content that ranks well and short-form copy that converts.
  • Strong understanding of SEO content principles, including search intent, on-page structure, and internal linking.
  • Proven experience building and owning a content roadmap independently.
  • Experience producing data-driven research projects end-to-end, including data, angles, and derivative content planning.
  • Genuinely comfortable with AI-assisted content production and workflow design.
  • Sharp editorial judgment to distinguish between deep craft and fast, good-enough execution.
  • Collaborative working style across SEO, design, social, and leadership teams.
  • Experience in HR tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-market or localized content strategies is a plus.
