Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product features and implementation work.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of a GenAI-first software development lifecycle.
  • Define technical roadmap, architecture, and development processes for rapid AI-assisted delivery.
  • Integrate the core multi-agent architecture with external systems and services.
  • Build and maintain email integrations for parsing bids and communications via IMAP/SMTP.
  • Implement bi-directional accounting sync with third-party systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
  • Manage vector stores and improve retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Develop self-learning agent loops using user feedback and accumulated data.
  • Use observability tools to trace, debug, and improve LLM outputs and production reliability.
  • Maintain and scale serverless infrastructure and database layers.

Requirements

  • History of using GenAI tools to ship complex software, beyond simple autocomplete.
  • Ability to use AI agents to scaffold modules, write tests, and refactor codebases.
  • Deep experience designing robust backend systems in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, asynchronous patterns, and microservices.
  • Experience with application tracing and instrumentation tools such as Logfire, OpenTelemetry, or similar.
  • Proficiency with modern Postgres implementations and vector data modeling.
  • Proven experience building resilient third-party API integrations, including OAuth, rate limits, and messy external schemas.
  • Experience with email or ERP/accounting integrations for reliable system design.
  • Experience implementing modern authentication such as Clerk or Auth0, plus row-level security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Background in Construction, Real Estate, or PropTech is a plus.
