Description

  • Lead the development and evolution of Remote’s overarching brand narrative.
  • Translate complex global employment infrastructure into clear, human, and compelling messaging.
  • Develop bold, original campaign ideas and scalable creative platforms that stand out in a crowded B2B category.
  • Turn launches, announcements, and milestones into impactful brand storytelling.
  • Own end-to-end development of brand campaigns from insight to execution.
  • Partner with creative, content, growth, product, marketing, communications, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive work.
  • Manage and inspire external agencies and creative partners while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Define repeatable systems for producing brand work and measuring brand impact across awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Leverage AI to speed up creative development and expand creative ambition without lowering standards.
  • Align teams around a unified brand narrative and make strong decisions in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with ownership of campaigns and strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop standout creative ideas that elevate brand perception.
  • A point of view on how AI is changing creative development and brand building.
  • Experience marketing complex, product-driven offerings such as B2B SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or similar.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity without losing meaning.
  • Strong editorial and creative judgment.
  • Track record of leading high-visibility, high-impact campaigns.
  • Experience working with and pushing creative agencies and partners.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and high expectations.
  • Experience in global employment, HR tech, or the future of work space is preferred.
  • Experience building brand programs that support enterprise sales cycles is preferred.
  • Experience scaling brand systems in high-growth companies is preferred.
