Description

  • Own the end-to-end product experience, including software implementation and human-enabled services.
  • Lead complex solutions independently without requiring senior product support.
  • Build and maintain an effective roadmap and strategy for the product area.
  • Break strategic plans into clear near- and mid-term goals.
  • Align the product roadmap with department and company priorities.
  • Ship improvements quickly and iteratively, focusing on minimal viable solutions.
  • Work with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems.
  • Manage internal expectations for complex projects, products, and features.
  • Track and align team work and metrics to key business KPIs.
  • Communicate product work, methods, and learnings across the organization.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, or a similar AI-assisted development tool.
  • Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes using AI tooling.
  • Strong strategic and tactical judgment for prioritization and feature scope decisions.
  • Demonstrable self-driven results that have improved a product.
  • Experience collaborating across departments such as business operations and sales.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus: experience working in a remote environment.
