Description

  • Lead and build a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on net new business.
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support the team in over-achieving goals.
  • Coach direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, closing practices, and career development.
  • Drive improvements in the sales cycle and help shape a scalable go-to-market strategy.
  • Prioritize prospective accounts and establish consistent sales metrics, forecasting hygiene, and sales practices.
  • Support the team in generating pipeline, winning business, and retaining successful customers.
  • Provide guidance on sales tools and how they support the sales cycle and growth objectives.
  • Understand customer profiles and business models to help prioritize opportunities for repeatable results.
  • Conduct performance management reviews to align goals, expectations, and development plans.
  • Deliver weekly and quarterly reporting on pipeline, wins and losses, opportunity statistics, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Experience fostering cross-functional alignment and coordination across teams.
  • Consistent ability to deliver against targets and achieve company and team goals sustainably.
  • Experience building a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for team growth.
  • Experience with tools used for the Account Executive function, along with Salesforce knowledge.
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing a geographically distributed Account Executive team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, including startups.
  • Proven ability to grow a global team with high standards for success and career advancement.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute functionally.
  • Experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting for net new business.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience managing Account Executives across South East Asia, South Asia, and Greater China is an advantage.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings between $96,000 USD and $240,000 USD, with base salary at 60%.
