Description

  • Manage Time & Attendance activities end-to-end for Remote’s external employees and clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Time & Attendance matters and support Senior Specialists and Experts on complex projects and legislative changes.
  • Act as case manager for leave and working-hours matters (e.g., family leave, sick leave, time tracking, public holidays, working time) for internal and external employees.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and provide guidance on legal interpretations of agreements and labor law.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies) to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support and manage initiatives that impact employees across multiple countries and assist with HR and financial audits to ensure local compliance.
  • Develop, maintain, and update global internal Time & Attendance documentation based on legislative changes and respond to internal and external inquiries.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development to improve customer and employee experience, while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events and Time & Attendance matters with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide HR support and guidance on employment laws and complex legal interpretations.
  • Advanced business-level proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
  • Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G Suite.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations confidentially and professionally.
  • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for working asynchronously across tools and adapting to new systems.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and a foundational understanding of its practical applications in operations and automation.
  • Proven attention to documentation, data integrity, and confidential information handling.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international remote environment, including willingness to work flexible hours as needed and to start as soon as possible.

  • Annual salary range $29,750 — $67,000 USD (actual base pay dependent on location, level, and experience).
