Description

  • Define and evolve Remote’s brand voice and editorial standards across campaigns and the website.
  • Own creative campaign storytelling from concept through execution across channels.
  • Write and optimize website content that communicates value, simplifies complex topics, and supports conversion.
  • Develop reusable content systems, messaging frameworks, and modular content.
  • Create compelling storytelling that turns visitors into customers and customers into advocates.
  • Experiment with new formats, channels, and creative approaches to strengthen the brand.
  • Leverage AI to improve speed, consistency, and creative output while preserving editorial quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and leadership on clear narratives and positioning.
  • Raise the bar for brand writing across every customer touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Proven experience writing high-quality brand and marketing content across formats, especially campaigns and web.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong voice, tone, and narrative structure.
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to decide what not to create.
  • Experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging, accessible content.
  • Deep understanding of content patterns, structure, flow, and conversion principles.
  • Clear perspective on how AI can enhance content creation.
  • Track record of driving measurable impact through content for brand, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or fintech, or strong curiosity about the future of work and global employment.
