Description

  • Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative direction.
  • Partner with the Associate Creative Director, Copy, to produce strategically focused creative work.
  • Own assigned projects from concept through completion, including writing, referencing, and annotating copy for medical/legal review.
  • Manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with planning to shape strategic branding.
  • Work closely with account management to support client satisfaction with creative quality and value.
  • Guide creative vision and strategy to deliver exceptional work.
  • Manage creative teams and multiple client accounts.

Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of traditional agency experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a market access environment.
  • Proven creative ability and sound creative judgment.
  • Successful experience working directly with clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with account management.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience managing creative teams and multiple accounts.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
  • Commitment to investing the time and effort needed to produce strong creative work.
