Description

  • Design the overall outbound strategy and architecture for two brands, including targeting, segmentation, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Select, implement, and manage outbound tools for email, data sourcing, enrichment, warmup, inbox management, sequencing, and tracking.
  • Build, document, and maintain repeatable processes and playbooks for outbound campaigns and handoffs to sales.
  • Generate leads by building prospect lists with data platforms and scrapers, and by enriching, cleaning, and validating data before campaigns.
  • Set up and manage multi-step cold email sequences and continuously test subject lines, angles, value propositions, and sequence structure.
  • Monitor inboxes, reply to prospects, qualify interest, and move qualified leads toward calls with sales closers or account executives.
  • Align outbound activities with leadership goals and revenue targets, report on performance, experiments, and pipeline generated.
  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, and provide feedback to junior team members (cold callers, email marketers, copywriters) to scale the outbound team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building outbound email programs for B2B services, digital marketing, or agency environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with outbound tools (email warmup, inbox management, sequencing) and data providers/enrichment tools.
  • Experience sourcing, enriching, segmenting, cleaning, and validating lead lists.
  • Clear understanding of outbound metrics (open rates, replies, positive replies, meetings booked, pipeline created) and an analytical, test-driven approach.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams or acting as the bridge between marketing and sales, including defining qualification criteria and handoffs.
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution with high autonomy and ability to propose and execute a clear plan.
  • Strong written English for crafting outbound copy and handling prospect replies.
  • Nice to have: experience managing or mentoring SDRs/BDRs/cold callers, previous work at a digital or performance marketing agency, and experience with US and international markets.
  • Must be residing in a Latin American (LATAM) country and submit resume in English; applications from outside LATAM will not be considered.
  • Interview candidates will be asked to present a plan for building a successful outbound team and generating a consistent flow of qualified leads each month.
