Description

  • Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns from setup through reporting.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, with exposure to Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results.
  • Conduct routine performance reviews across assigned client accounts.
  • Optimize campaigns by refining audience or keyword targeting, ad creative, messaging, landing page recommendations, bid strategies, placements, budget allocation, and tactical settings.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and guide optimization decisions.
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of conversions such as form submissions, phone calls, purchases, and other engagement actions.
  • Provide regular performance insights and clear next-step talking points to account managers.
  • Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with team members to support campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google paid advertising.
  • 1+ year of experience managing campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising performance metrics and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Offline Editor, Search Console, Data Studio/Looker Studio, SEMRush, CallRail, and Unbounce.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution across digital campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Advanced English proficiency for professional communication and reporting.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
  • Experience managing campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn Ads, or Microsoft Ads is preferred.
