Description

Prepare accurate, production-ready design files for physical print output.
Support high-volume production design workflows for signage, print, and visual communications projects.
Work closely with the Art Director to execute production design tasks and ongoing design operations.
Manage routine design execution in a structured production pipeline with minimal supervision.
Identify and resolve file-preparation or design issues before they cause production delays.
Maintain organized file management and workflow execution across multiple requests.
Collaborate with the internal design team on daily production needs and handoffs.
Adapt quickly to internal workflows, systems, and production processes.
Contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery in a production-heavy environment.

Requirements

3–4+ years of practical professional experience in production design, print production, or related design workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Proven experience preparing production-ready files for physical print output.
Strong understanding of file setup, bleeds, safe zones, resolution requirements, and CMYK/RGB color modes.
Experience working in high-volume production environments with fast turnaround times.
Practical knowledge of vector graphics, file scaling, and print production workflows.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
Strong spoken and written English for daily collaboration with the internal design team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for file management and workflow execution.
Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours.
Previous experience in a sign company, commercial print shop, or wide-format production environment (preferred).
Experience with large-format print production, signage, vehicle wraps, or visual communications projects (preferred).
Familiarity with AI-powered upscaling or vectorization tools (preferred).
Basic comfort working with website updates or simple code-assisted edits (preferred).
Experience working within structured production pipelines or print-focused design teams (preferred).

Benefits

$1,600 monthly compensation (USD).
Full-time remote position.
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Schedule aligned with U.S. Pacific business hours.
PTO and U.S. holidays.
