Description

  • Translate leadership objectives into AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI tools, agents, and workflow automation across the organisation.
  • Identify and automate repetitive, low-value tasks to free teams for higher-value work.
  • Design and maintain systems for collecting, organising, and visualising business data.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools that support performance monitoring and decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of business data across AI-enabled systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Research, evaluate, and test emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and digital tools.
  • Maintain and optimise the organisation’s ecosystem of AI tools, digital platforms, and intelligent agents.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian, written and spoken, is essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Integration, Automation, Business Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered tools and workflow automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning concepts, and automation platforms.
  • Experience designing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience integrating digital platforms, APIs, and business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools is desirable.
  • Experience using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs is desirable.
  • Knowledge of no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n is desirable.
  • Python or SQL experience is desirable.
  • CRM integrations, cloud platforms, API integrations, AI governance, security best practices, prompt engineering, and AI workflow optimisation are desirable.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, stable high-speed internet, and a dedicated home office are required for remote working.
  • Full-time availability aligned with Italian business hours (CET/CEST), with occasional flexibility as needed.
