Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pastors and churches interested in hosting ministry events.
  • Coordinate seminar details, including event length, format, and speaker assignments.
  • Manage the ministry calendar and keep events, calls, and commitments accurately scheduled.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and ministry engagements and send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Answer and return phone calls for the cleaning company in a professional and warm manner.
  • Respond to emails promptly and maintain organized contact lists of churches, pastors, and ministry partners.
  • Coordinate speaker travel, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and related event logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries to relevant team members before each engagement.
  • Track payments, commitments, and financial records, and follow up on outstanding financial commitments.
  • Take meeting notes, distribute summaries, track action items, and follow up on responsibilities.
  • Maintain organized records, digital files, and weekly or monthly reports for ministry activities and upcoming events.
  • Assist with planning larger ministry events and support special projects and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • This is a full-time role.
  • Up to $6/hr compensation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, tasks, and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting without constant direction.
  • Reliability, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a faith-based ministry environment with genuine respect for the work.
  • Prior administrative support experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or executive assistant role is preferred.
  • Background in ministry, church administration, or nonprofit operations is a significant advantage.
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics for multiple team members is preferred.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools, shared scheduling platforms, and digital file organization is preferred.
  • Basic financial tracking experience, including invoices, payments, and records management, is preferred.
