Description

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from strategic planning through implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery processes including roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint reviews.
  • Monitor product risks, quality, and project progress throughout delivery.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regularly to align progress with business processes, goals, objectives, and strategy.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior and gather data to turn feedback into effective product solutions.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is structured, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable stories.
  • Forecast impediments to sprint backlog completion and help remove bottlenecks during planning.
  • Define short-term and long-term product goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
  • C1+ English level.
  • Experience working on both B2B and B2C products.
  • At least 3 years of experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams.
  • Ability to break down problems, identify solutions, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong empathy and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of development methodologies such as Kanban, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Experience with regular tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, and Flutter.
  • Ability to work remotely in Brazil, Costa Rica, or El Salvador.
