Description

Work with stakeholders to identify data analytics needs across different business units.
Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Perform complex data modeling and design effective data analysis methodologies.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that extract and communicate insights.
Report findings to internal stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams to identify business improvement opportunities.
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Support and train end users on data exploration and self-service analytics.
Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
Perform data profiling to detect anomalies and trends.
Conduct statistical analysis using techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, and time series.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws in analytics processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data science roles.
Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business analytics and visualization tools.
Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and statistical analysis.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience working in product-focused cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate analytical findings into product and business strategy recommendations.
