Description

  • Work with stakeholders to identify data analytics needs across different business units.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Perform complex data modeling and design effective data analysis methodologies.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that extract and communicate insights.
  • Report findings to internal stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams to identify business improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Support and train end users on data exploration and self-service analytics.
  • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Perform data profiling to detect anomalies and trends.
  • Conduct statistical analysis using techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, and time series.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws in analytics processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data science roles.
  • Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business analytics and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience working in product-focused cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into product and business strategy recommendations.
