Description

  • Own REE Medical’s brand management end-to-end, including positioning, voice and tone, visual identity, and brand standards governance.
  • Lead agency partners on brand alignment, content management, editorial planning, and publishing calendar development.
  • Partner with marketing and internal stakeholders on cross-channel content, including SEO, landing pages, lifecycle email programs, and collateral.
  • Build and maintain brand standards assets such as visual identity guidelines, voice and tone documentation, content style guides, and brand libraries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and social media insights.
  • Manage internal and external creative resources with accountability for quality, performance, and prioritization.
  • Lead reputation management programs, including review monitoring, competitive defense, and proactive advocacy.
  • Ensure all published content is culturally appropriate, accurate to veteran experience, and respectful of military service and VA disability claims.
  • Develop performance reporting for the SVP of Marketing and contribute to board-level updates and quarterly strategic reviews.
  • Support crisis and sensitive communications in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • 7+ years of brand marketing, content marketing, or communications experience with direct ownership of brand, content programs, and creative output.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams such as designers, social media, content, or video teams with measurable impact.
  • Experience leading reputation management or brand defense strategies in trust-challenged, regulated, or scrutinized categories.
  • Experience designing and building content programs across the full lifecycle from awareness through retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in web analytics, social listening, brand tracking, and reputation monitoring tools.
  • Marketing operator mindset with the ability to work strategically and execute independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced writing and editing skills, including reviewing copy for accuracy, compliance, and brand voice integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting strategy, roadmaps, and performance results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive categories such as financial services, legal services, telehealth, behavioral health, or veteran-serving organizations is preferred.
  • Empathy for and understanding of the veteran community is a meaningful advantage, and veteran or military-affiliated candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. as a full-time employee; visa sponsorship is not provided.
