Description

  • Own the product strategy, customer retention, and migration roadmap for the legacy workload automation portfolio.
  • Maximize customer lifetime value and position migrations as expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Product to ensure migration blockers are addressed in the roadmap, including feature parity, migration utilities, and customer-specific integrations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize defect fixes, security patches, and compliance requirements while minimizing legacy investment.
  • Work with Customer Success to design migration engagement models such as discovery workshops, migration planning, technical validation, and go-live support.
  • Support Sales with migration business cases and competitive positioning.
  • Develop Product Owners responsible for backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and delivery execution.
  • Model product management best practices, including customer-centric discovery, data-driven prioritization, outcome-based roadmapping, and transparent communication.
  • Build Product Owner capability in migration management, customer segmentation, churn risk assessment, migration planning, and technical enablement.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex B2B enterprise software.
  • Experience managing legacy products while building migration paths to modern architectures.
  • Experience preventing churn during platform transitions and positioning migrations as value-add opportunities.
  • Enterprise software domain knowledge in workload automation, ERP integration, cloud infrastructure, or mission-critical operations software preferred.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to balance priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • Analytical rigor using data such as renewal rates, support ticket trends, and usage telemetry to inform prioritization and predict churn risk.
  • 8+ years of product management experience with portfolio-level accountability for multiple products or customer segments preferred.
  • Experience leading customer migrations at scale, including 100+ accounts, segmentation models, and migration tooling or playbooks preferred.
  • Deep understanding of job scheduling, batch processing, ERP integration, SAP workflows, or cloud orchestration preferred.
  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining Product Owners or junior PMs in distributed or offshore models preferred.
