Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Development teams.
  • Translate marketing requirements such as keyword strategy, SEO priorities, and messaging into actionable development tasks.
  • Align marketing goals with technical implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and keep stakeholders informed of priorities, risks, and progress.
  • Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define and prioritize the feature list for platform launch.
  • Identify gaps in platform functionality and propose improvements and new features.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and users to guide enhancements.
  • Maintain a master feature roadmap and ensure launch requirements are not overlooked.
  • Audit and QA development tasks before sign-off to confirm they meet requirements.
  • Test platform functionality, including forms, search, filtering, keyword-driven pages, and user flows.
  • Flag defects and incomplete work to Development with clear documentation.
  • Validate production releases and monitor post-launch issues.
  • Break high-level goals into trackable tasks and manage project visibility, priorities, and blockers.
  • Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with both marketing and development teams.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/keyword strategy implementation, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent QA/testing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing tasks and projects remotely and independently.
  • Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, or legal industry platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with self-service or marketplace-style web platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of website functionality and UX to communicate effectively with developers (preferred).
  • Stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with backup power or service options.
  • Own PC/laptop with at least 8GB RAM, Core i5/AMD Ryzen 3/2013 Mac equivalent or higher, and updated operating system/software.
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam at 720p or higher.
  • Designated quiet, organized workspace free from distractions.
