Description

  • Independently manage multi-week integration projects from kickoff through go-live with minimal guidance.
  • Execute data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks for medium-complexity projects across multiple product lines.
  • Use the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces.
  • Make independent decisions within established practices and procedures to meet project timelines and technical requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts on implementation progress, project tasks, and go-live support.
  • Identify integration gaps and communicate effectively with application teams and healthcare organizations.
  • Provide input on team direction and goals and help improve internal processes and efficiency.
  • Travel nationwide as needed, up to 5–10%.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis.
  • Experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, or HL7 Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of interoperability standards including HL7v2, FHIR, and X12.
  • Experience with API-based data exchange.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues.
  • Proven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, APIs, and interface engines.
  • Preferred familiarity with Jira and Zendesk.
  • Must be based in the US and reside and work in the continental US.

  • Base salary range of $89,000 to $100,000 per year.
