Description

  • Own the end-to-end development of inbound RFP/RFI responses and outbound proactive proposals from intake through submission.
  • Write, refine, and substantively author proposal content that clearly communicates Redox’s value and differentiation.
  • Transform early-stage sales conversations into polished, client-ready proposal deliverables with tailored messaging and pricing.
  • Standardize proactive proposal creation into structured, high-quality PDF and presentation-based materials with visuals and clear narratives.
  • Build and maintain a centralized proposal content library with core messaging, boilerplate, visuals, case studies, pricing frameworks, and templates.
  • Establish repeatable proposal development frameworks to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Refine proposal materials based on win/loss insights and market feedback.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Customer Success to gather inputs and ensure accuracy.
  • Act as the primary orchestrator for proposal timelines, workflow coordination, and deadline management.
  • Translate complex technical and interoperability concepts into clear, compelling commercial narratives for different buyer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in proposal development, strategic sales support, or a similar role in B2B technology or healthcare.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end proposal processes, including both RFP responses and custom outbound proposals.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, structured content.
  • Strong ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive narrative.
  • Experience building or scaling proposal/content infrastructure such as templates, libraries, or systems.
  • High attention to detail combined with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and USCDI is a strong plus.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability, or health data ecosystems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, pricing tables, commercial models, and structured proposal documents is preferred.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, including executive-ready presentations and documents, are preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Notion, proposal management platforms, design tools, or AI tools such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude is preferred.
  • Must be based in the U.S., reside and work in the continental U.S., and be eligible for U.S. employment.
