Description

  • Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general HR inquiries under supervision while maintaining confidentiality and care.
  • Own and enhance the performance management program, including execution, tracking, and process improvements.
  • Manage and create internal knowledge base content in Confluence to standardize People Development processes and resources.
  • Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences following established processes.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on cross-functional initiatives and administrative tasks.
  • Work with Compliance to maintain and update HR policies and documentation.
  • Provide support during organizational changes to help ensure smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to additional People Development projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Business Partner or People team experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools; Culture Amp and Rippling preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely and/or in distributed (multi-state) teams (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices (preferred).
  • Experience working in startup environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GSuite, Slack, HRIS, and engagement/performance management platforms.

  • Base salary range $80,000–$95,000 per year (base only; final offer depends on candidate factors).
