Description

  • Lead mobile development teams technically, supporting their growth and encouraging best practices.
  • Define and promote development, architecture, and code quality standards.
  • Participate in key technical decisions and collaborate with other areas to build scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement modern, robust, high-performance backend and mobile solutions.
  • Drive adoption of microservices and microfrontend-based architectures.
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Work alongside product and technical teams to deliver mission-critical digital products.
  • Ensure development work balances technical quality, scalability, and business impact.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience leading fullstack development teams with React Native and TypeScript.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on mobile projects with React Native.
  • Strong technical leadership and team management skills.
  • Fullstack development vision with an understanding of business impact and user experience.
  • Solid knowledge of development best practices, testing, and code quality.
  • Experience working in remote-first or distributed environments (implicit in the role).
