Description

  • Lead end-to-end management of digital projects and products, aligning product, business, technology and legal stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize client needs against plans and roadmaps, ensuring focus on impact and delivered value.
  • Set and manage client expectations for scope, timelines, quality, and ramp-up / ramp-down plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service performance using metrics, KPIs and objective tools.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities around delivered products through consultative selling and account development.
  • Participate in preparing proposals and commercial opportunities to grow client relationships.
  • Promote and lead transformation processes, challenging clients and teams to build products in an agile and efficient way.
  • Manage risks and dependencies across teams and external actors, anticipate impacts and define action plans.
  • Ensure consistent product and service quality through ongoing oversight and practices.
  • Lead team growth by supporting technical leads, fostering autonomy, ownership and professional development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience working in software/IT consulting or services companies.
  • Proven career in software with a solid understanding of engineering concepts and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading agile teams and practical knowledge of agile methodologies and engineering practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand product and business needs and keep focus on building software that delivers real value.
  • Experience designing and executing transition and transformation plans for products and projects.
  • Consultative approach with experience developing clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience working with United States clients (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem (desirable, not mandatory).
  • Availability to work full-time remotely from Argentina.
