Description

Define and drive the UX vision for MyPattern’s products.
Build user experiences using process flows, information architecture, task flows, and wireframes.
Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes and maintain UI specifications, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
Analyze interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that support business goals.
Drive design decisions using market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and user research.
Conduct user research and build internal user research capabilities to validate concepts with end users.
Collaborate with Product Management, ML, engineering, marketing, and company leaders to translate requirements into designs.
Plan, prioritize, scope, and oversee design initiatives through timely execution and launch.
Define and track design success metrics and use customer feedback to improve future iterations.

Requirements

Online or digital portfolio showing breadth and depth in UX and visual design, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving across platforms.
5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role.
Enterprise application experience is preferred.
Strong fluency in interaction design and user-centered design best practices.
Strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences and levels of the organization.
Ability to work efficiently and with a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Solid experience guiding or managing user research and usability testing.
Ability to succeed in a remote environment.
