Description

Guide clients in turning ideas into tangible products and shaping design direction around business and user needs.
Help clients clarify and strengthen business objectives through design.
Plan and execute small-scale UX research and user testing.
Collaborate with client design teams on design systems, brand adherence, product design, and accessibility standards.
Facilitate workshops and small-scale creative problem-solving sessions.
Support Design and Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
Work closely with client teams and cross-functional partners throughout the product design process.
Create logical, consistent, and scalable design solutions grounded in systems thinking and best practices.

Requirements

6+ years of commercial experience at Senior Product Designer level.
Deep knowledge of user interface design across rich web apps/websites, mobile applications, and enterprise/B2B software.
Practical experience across the full product design lifecycle, including UI design, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
Experience helping customers, development teams, and colleagues apply a user-centred design process.
Proficiency with design tools such as Miro and Figma, or equivalent.
Understanding of modern web technologies and their constraints and possibilities.
Experience evaluating products with customers and conducting user testing on a small scale.
Experience delivering in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Experience in an enterprise development setting (preferred).
Ability to code is not required, but welcomed (preferred).
