Description

  • Flight-check artwork and amend files for print readiness.
  • Prepare digital and offset files for printing.
  • Perform graphic design tasks and proofing.
  • Liaise with sales and clients on briefs and job requirements.
  • Coordinate with printers on job specifications and delivery.
  • Engage and manage outsourced suppliers when needed.
  • Monitor email boxes, follow up on tasks, and participate in team huddles.
  • Use prior jobs and knowledge bases to support continued learning and job execution.
  • Update software or programs when required as part of maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of pre-press experience in a print or packaging company.
  • Experience in a sheetfed or digital print organization is a distinct advantage.
  • Candidates from wide-format or packaging backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Pitstop, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid exposure to outputting for offset printing presses, digital presses, and wide-format inkjet devices.
  • Ability to work well in a team or independently and show initiative.
  • Experience with Prinect Cockpit and Signa is an advantage, but not required.
  • Availability to work from home on a 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time schedule.
