Description

  • Gather client requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Manage all phases of client onboarding from kickoff through implementation completion.
  • Develop detailed work plans, project plans, schedules, estimates, status reports, and related processes.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and monitor project tracking, analysis, and progress reporting.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and summarize project progress and deliverables.
  • Design telephone, voicemail, and call flows and provision client services in the internal provisioning system.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement, provisioning, and delivery of SIP trunks and DIDs.
  • Maintain project quality, continuity, user satisfaction, and timely service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, internal teams, and groups of varying sizes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or entry-level project management experience plus additional relevant experience; Information Systems, Telecom, or related field desired.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience.
  • Experience in a technology area, with preference for VoIP, networking, or telecom.
  • Experience with Microsoft services.
  • Strong project management, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage clients to tight implementation schedules and maintain expectations and client relationships remotely and onsite.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across different phases, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to use implementation support staff effectively.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Flexible work schedule availability, including some evening and weekend hours, about 20% on average.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Background in telecommunications is advantageous.
  • Project management certifications are advantageous.
