Description

  • Develop photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for interior design projects.
  • Translate 2D plans, sketches, and design concepts into compelling 3D visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers to ensure visuals align with design intent, brand standards, and client requirements.
  • Create mood boards, material boards, and color palettes for presentations.
  • Apply lighting, texturing, and material effects to produce high-quality, atmospheric visuals.
  • Maintain an organized library of textures, materials, and 3D models for ongoing projects.
  • Assist in producing presentation layouts for client meetings and proposals.
  • Stay updated on rendering techniques, industry trends, and software advancements.
  • Manage time effectively to meet project timelines and client deadlines.
  • Work primarily with internal teams during the final visualization stage of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural environment.
  • Experience working specifically for interior design companies, not only general 3D visualization roles.
  • International project experience is strongly preferred, especially with companies based in the Middle East or serving global clients.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion or Enscape (or similar rendering tools) for post-production.
  • SketchUp experience is preferred, and Lumion experience is advantageous but not strictly required.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, lighting, and materials.
  • Ability to interpret design briefs and produce visuals that accurately reflect design intent.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must have a portfolio with interior design samples.
  • Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of VR/AR visualization tools is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
