Description

  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for the Credit Card Business Unit.
  • Monitor financial performance by establishing KPIs, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports aligned with accounting reports and business performance.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to support reporting, controls, and decision-making.
  • Partner with the Consolidation team, Credit Card BU team, Senior Finance team, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate projections and reporting.
  • Advise Credit Card Business Unit leaders on financial decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks within the Credit Card Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Technology, and Data teams to support financial integration and reporting.
  • Optimize processes while maintaining quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in Credit Card financial management, ideally in credit card fintech or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in the Brazilian credit card market is essential.
  • Strong credit card financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to work with data sources across different tools.
  • Good knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA, or a Master’s degree, are a plus.
  • Hands-on approach to day-to-day activities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on business growth.
  • Ownership, autonomy, accountability, and ability to influence without authority.
  • Collaboration skills.
