Description

  • Work inbound and existing leads from property owners who have already shown interest in valuation, advice, or a possible sale.
  • Qualify selling intent, time horizon, motivation, and decision-making readiness.
  • Conduct structured advisory conversations with property owners.
  • Book qualified appointments for local real estate experts and ensure a clean handoff.
  • Manage follow-ups independently and keep the CRM pipeline up to date.
  • Analyze activity, conversion, and quality metrics and continuously improve your approach.
  • Support progress through the sales funnel from qualified conversation to booked meeting and signed mandate.

Requirements

  • Native-level Swiss German, as the role involves daily phone calls with property owners in German-speaking Switzerland.
  • Initial experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, call centers, recruiting, real estate sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to build trust quickly.
  • Structured working style with consistent follow-up and clean CRM management.
  • Goal-oriented, coachable, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Able to combine sales drive with advisory skill and empathy.
  • Experience in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, insurance, or consultative sales is a plus.
  • Experience with Close CRM or similar sales CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience in commission-based roles or performance-oriented teams is a plus.
  • Understanding of the Swiss real estate market is a plus.
