Description

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio.
  • Support clients with platform use and initial onboarding.
  • Deliver training, follow-up, and monitor product adoption.
  • Improve retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Handle client requests, feedback, and support activities.
  • Update the CRM, prepare reporting, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and customer experience.
  • Identify growth and loyalty opportunities within the managed portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Fluent Italian.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Availability to work as a freelancer with VAT registration, or willingness to open one.
  • Ability to make at least 5 calls per day lasting more than 5 minutes.
