Description

  • Own end-to-end technical execution for ROOM42 deliverables, including websites, microsites, interactive apps, kiosk experiences, and real-world evidence platforms.
  • Write and review production-quality full-stack code while maintaining a meaningful hands-on contribution alongside leadership duties.
  • Architect solutions that balance speed to market, maintainability, security, accessibility, and UX fidelity.
  • Lead technical solutioning for new engagements by translating UX wireframes and creative briefs into scoped, achievable builds.
  • Own Git workflows, branching strategy, and code review standards across active projects.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across hosting environments such as WP Engine, Pantheon, Acquia, and Netlify/Vercel.
  • Manage staging, UAT, and production environments, including access provisioning and documentation.
  • Define and document AI-augmented design-to-code workflows and evaluate emerging AI tooling for practical delivery gains.
  • Implement QA automation and triage defects through remediation and verification before release.
  • Set technical standards, mentor developers, lead onboarding, and serve as the primary escalation point for blockers.
  • Partner with producers, technical delivery managers, QA, UX, and design teams on scoping, milestone readiness, risk management, and client-facing technical discussions.
  • Own technical documentation, post-launch quality reviews, and process improvements across engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead, staff engineer, or architect role.
  • Strong full-stack proficiency with the ability to build, review, and unblock work across multiple layers.
  • Deep UX/UI and design sensibility, including the ability to read Figma files for intent and evaluate interaction patterns and visual implementation.
  • Experience owning technical delivery across concurrent projects, including milestone tracking, risk communication, and deployment readiness.
  • Demonstrated accountability for quality outcomes, including defect triage and post-launch quality reviews.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, and Claude Code.
  • Experience with Figma MCP server or comparable design-to-code AI tooling, plus familiarity with design tokens and component handoff patterns.
  • QA automation experience, including visual regression testing, accessibility automation, or AI-assisted test generation in a production environment.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt scope and priorities as needs change.
  • Experience with the stated company values and an interest in healthcare/pharma work is preferred.
  • Hybrid eligibility in a US office or remote within the US, depending on team and business needs.
