Description

  • Educate clients and internal teams on the value of influencer marketing across HCP, patient, and lifestyle audiences.
  • Advise on influencer best practices, including pitching, payment, measurement, and FTC guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day influencer campaigns and serve as the client lead for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate workback plans, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration with paid, social, creative, and other specialty teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-pronged influencer campaigns, including influencer identification, negotiation, contracting, approvals, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas that extend beyond sponsored content and use earned, owned, shared, and paid media.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of client business, competitors, and the broader healthcare and cultural landscape.
  • Identify and pitch new opportunities to support organic client growth and agency expansion.
  • Provide senior-level counsel to clients and mentor junior team members to ensure quality work and timely delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, presentations, pitches, and new business efforts.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a role driving influencer marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical influencer landscape, with direct experience managing HCP and patient campaigns.
  • Knowledge of FMV and regulatory requirements for working with influencers in healthcare.
  • Strategic mindset with strong knowledge of the influencer marketing space.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn client trust and confidence.
  • Experience managing teams and supporting learning, development, and mentorship.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media, both personally and professionally.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns.
  • Experience using influencer and social media tools such as Julius/HYPR, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Influencer Intelligence, and Brandwatch.
