Description

  • Create a company-wide catalogue of space equipment and suppliers, including key technical parameters.
  • Collaborate with the team to select an appropriate tool and build a practical, user-friendly database solution.
  • Ensure the database meets project requirements, including SharePoint integration and relevant documentation references.
  • Research internally available data and explore the market for additional equipment options.
  • Organize periodic progress review meetings with stakeholders to keep the project on track.
  • Plan and conduct a company-wide session to introduce the tool and create presentation materials for future reference.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and accountable, with a passion for space exploration.
  • Familiarity with database solutions and integration with platforms like SharePoint is a plus.
  • Candidates must pass a police/criminal record check that is not more than six months old.
  • Candidates must be approved under ITAR regulations.
  • Candidates must be uploaded to the greenhouse portal.
