Description

  • Conduct ongoing risk reviews and maintain the risk register.
  • Support risk assessments across critical business processes and systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and track risk mitigation plans through resolution.
  • Develop risk metrics and reporting for executive visibility.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal controls.
  • Coordinate audit evidence collection, documentation, and readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful audit outcomes.
  • Review and update GRC policies regularly.
  • Support or lead compliance and security training initiatives.
  • Maintain secure documentation for audits, investigations, and post-incident reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or audit-related roles.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting audits or certification processes.
  • Exposure to risk management tools or GRC platforms.
  • Basic understanding of information security principles and controls.
  • GovRAMP, StateRAMP, or FedRAMP experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with substantial customer interaction preferred.
