Description

Test new versions of ClearCheck prior to release to ensure product quality.
Execute verification and validation (V&V) testing to confirm product integrity and performance.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues found during testing and reported by clinical users.
Coordinate troubleshooting and clinic setup support with Success and Support teams.
Share testing feedback with the Product Manager and engineering team to improve product functionality.
Generate documentation for product-related materials.
Support medical device documentation with the Regulatory team, including requirements definition, test conditions, execution, documentation, and software risk mitigation.
Help ensure ClearCheck meets clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist or dosimetrist.
Direct treatment planning experience.
Extensive plan validation experience across multiple treatment techniques and modalities.
Verification and validation experience.
Experience implementing AAPM Task Group reports related to plan verification systems.
5+ years of experience using Radformation products, particularly ClearCheck (preferred).
Experience planning with multiple treatment planning systems (preferred).
Product testing and/or verification experience (preferred).
Customer service experience (preferred).

Salary range of $150,000–$210,000 USD base plus bonus eligibility.
