Description

Trace acceptance criteria to author QA plans for planned development work.
Execute QA plans and approve development work before production release.
Manage non-production testing environments using the Review App deployment system.
Create detailed bug reports that help engineers resolve issues quickly.
Perform exploratory testing and use the software in unexpected ways to uncover defects.
Reduce customer-reported and internally identified defects by improving testing rigor.
Advocate for end users by providing constructive feedback to protect software quality.

Requirements

2+ years of software testing experience in a professional environment.
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company is a plus.
Proven ability to improve requirement definition and team processes.
Experience contributing to QA and delivery team improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to balance quality standards with team goals.
Experience testing point-of-sale integrations.
