Description

  • Generate ad creatives, graphics, short-form video, and copy using AI tools.
  • Build and launch conversion-focused websites and landing pages using no-code or low-code tools.
  • Plan and run social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, campaigns, audiences, and creative tests.
  • Help build and launch cold email and outbound campaigns, including list setup, sequencing, copywriting, and deliverability basics.
  • Own go-to-market execution, including brand assets, messaging, funnels, and demand capture systems.
  • Work directly with the founder and leadership to turn a product launch into pipeline.
  • Use AI to speed up ideation, drafting, scheduling, and creative production.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a generalist marketer, ideally in a startup or agency environment.
  • Genuine daily proficiency with AI tools and a real workflow for using them.
  • Ability to take vague goals and turn them into live assets with minimal hand-holding.
  • Design literacy and strong visual taste, with the ability to make marketing materials look good.
  • Strong written English and comfort communicating asynchronously with a US-based team.
  • Based in or around Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and able to work US-friendly hours as needed.
  • Experience marketing a B2B service, agency, or staffing/outsourcing business is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition on Google and Meta and basic analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as Close or HubSpot and marketing automation is preferred.
  • A portfolio or examples of AI-generated creative, websites, or campaigns is preferred.
