Description

  • Sell QuickTeam’s staffing service to US businesses.
  • Work warm leads provided by the company.
  • Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to contact and follow up with prospects.
  • Close client accounts and build a recurring book of business.
  • Manage deals using the provided CRM, dialer, and email tools.
  • Focus on selling while the company handles recruiting, onboarding, and client delivery.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales or closing experience, with staffing, services, SaaS, or similar experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined enough to work independently.
  • Must be based in the US and able to sell to US businesses.
  • Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
  • Hungry for uncapped, performance-based income.
  • This is a commission-only role with no base salary or hourly pay.
  • Not suited for candidates who need constant hand-holding or guaranteed 9-to-5 hours.
