Description

  • Close new US business clients for virtual assistant placements.
  • Work a warm, pre-qualified pipeline of leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct phone-first sales conversations and cold calls with US business owners.
  • Follow up with prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Use company-provided CRM, dialer, and email tools to manage deals.
  • Convert prospects into active placements that generate recurring monthly commission.
  • Coordinate with the team while recruiting, onboarding, and client delivery are handled in the backend.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales or closing experience, with staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred.
  • Exceptional spoken English for phone-first sales and direct calling with US business owners.
  • Willingness to work US EST hours.
  • Comfort working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined without needing close supervision.
  • Experience selling to or working with US-based clients is a strong advantage.
  • Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
  • Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income.
  • Not seeking a base salary or guaranteed hourly pay.
