Description

  • Close B2B deals for offshore virtual assistant placements with US business owners and decision makers.
  • Work a warm pipeline of leads that are researched, qualified, and contextualized by the lead specialist.
  • Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Manage your own follow-up and stay organized and consistent across active opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM, dialer, email, and other provided sales tools to work deals effectively.
  • Convert clients into long-term placements that generate recurring commission as the account stays active.
  • Collaborate with the team during onboarding to understand the model, leads, and compensation structure.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales or closing experience, preferably in staffing, services, SaaS, or a similar field.
  • Exceptional spoken English is required for 100% phone-based selling to US business owners and decision makers.
  • A neutral, natural-sounding English accent is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working US EST/PST business hours.
  • Comfortable selling through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience selling to or supporting US-based clients is a strong advantage.
  • Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up.
  • Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income.
