Description

  • Design and execute systems to check for issues and uncover defects in software.
  • Perform and document risk analysis to support quality decisions.
  • Record test progress and results throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Code and maintain automated tests to improve test coverage.
  • Create test plans and define standards and procedures for product quality and release readiness.
  • Discover, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
  • Identify potential problems that users might encounter before release.
  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
  • Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes to improve QA practices.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Great team player.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Willing to report onsite twice a month in San Pedro, Laguna.
