Description

  • Contribute to the design and architecture of the platform.
  • Help scale the platform and build new product features.
  • Develop novel algorithms to solve challenging technical problems.
  • Create tooling for data and process automation.
  • Research and design future tools and techniques.
  • Work across the .NET/C# platform to support product development.
  • Optimize complex SQL data systems and performance.
  • Contribute to AI-driven capabilities and data platform expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems & Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent software engineering experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of software development experience with Microsoft .NET Framework at a commercial software company.
  • Strong experience with C#, including asynchronous and parallel programming.
  • Experience with performance optimization in C# and SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Experience with Dapper and/or Entity Framework.
  • Experience optimizing SQL for large data volumes, including indexing and query plans.
  • Experience with cloud development, preferably Azure, including Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Blob Storage.
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
  • Frontend web development experience with HTML, CSS/Sass, and modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
  • Unit testing experience, preferably with XUnit, and familiarity with SOLID principles.
  • Experience using Git or another source control system.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience in an Agile, product-focused, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to translate high-level requirements into workable designs and deliver production-ready software.
  • History of taking ownership of personal output.
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as Azure AI Foundry or Snowflake Cortex is a strong plus.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
