Description

  • Own a book of large enterprise accounts as the primary advisor on activation, adoption, and business value, driving retention and renewals.
  • Design and deliver use case–based training and enablement across enterprise functions, including advanced sessions, onsite workshops, executive briefings, and integration into customer workflows.
  • Build and maintain monitoring solutions (dashboards, reports, alerting) to keep customers informed of their digital experience health.
  • Analyze complex quantitative data to surface high-value optimization opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations tied to customer KPIs.
  • Translate product features into business solutions and live problem-solve with customers to drive rapid outcomes.
  • Share customer wins and best practices broadly to promote knowledge sharing across the vertical and organization.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and advise customers and peers on maximizing platform value.
  • Proactively monitor account health, anticipate renewal risks, and design and execute remediation plans to address adoption or value gaps.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish or French) to support customers in both languages.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, digital consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex quantitative datasets to uncover actionable insights and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven client-facing consulting and advisory skills with experience building trust at the executive level.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with confidence training and engaging large audiences (50+).
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple client needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite enablement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and maintain advanced product expertise and to troubleshoot/solve customer problems in real time.
