Description

  • Apply and translate Quantum Metric’s brand identity across the marketing website to create visually compelling, on-brand, and easy-to-navigate pages.
  • Design high-impact landing pages that balance brand storytelling with performance-marketing and conversion goals, using AI to rapidly iterate layout concepts and variations.
  • Collaborate with the Web Marketing, growth/CRO teams, and stakeholders to ideate, test, and iterate designs based on web performance and user insights.
  • Own and enhance a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring consistent application and enabling the marketing team to self-serve for smaller tasks.
  • Hand off design assets to development and oversee execution to maintain visual integrity from Figma through to the browser.
  • Create static and digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and digital ads, leveraging AI tools to speed production tasks like resizing and background extension.
  • Integrate modern AI-assisted workflows to maximize creative time and accelerate iteration.
  • Allocate ~70% of time to elevating web presence and ~30% to broader brand assets and collateral.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of brand or digital design experience at a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in graphic design or web design.
  • Exceptional grasp of typography, layout, and color theory with the ability to create enterprise-grade pages.
  • Experience collaborating with web/CRO/growth teams to improve the web experience and iterate on designs.
  • Mastery of Figma for web/layout and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini) for asset creation or moodboarding is a plus.
  • Understanding of how brand design translates to code (grids, responsiveness, web fonts); familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but coding is not required.
  • Experience with tools like Spline or Rive is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~1% for company events.

  • Base salary $90,000–$110,000 (bonus eligible).
